Can you submit unopened packs to PSA if you're not a member?

I have a couple of unopened packs I want to submit, but I'm not a member.

    Yes.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    I second Grote. The membership just gets you some free submissions with payment of the membership fee and a magazine.

    Just don't bother if the packs have loose or broken gum they will not grade them.

    Be prepared to wait. Its 55 business days which is close to 3 months.
