For the "no mintmark bullion coins:" West Point and San Francisco. First year that they were also minted at SF. Sealing strap indicates which mint. If sealing strap is not intact, no way of knowing. Sealed SF boxes are the only way to get the "(S)" on the grading label. Parenthesis indicate no actual mintmark on the coin but coin was verifid to be from SF because a mint sealed box was submitted for grading.
