    Is anyone here old enough to remember when auto's used to be free? I used to stand next to Ron Cey's VW (license plate said PENGUIN) and Steve Garvey's car in the Parking Lot waiting for them to sign after a game before there was ever such a "gated players" section. If i was an owner of a baseball team...your auto would be worthless because you would be signing daily for the fans at my stadium..no IF'S AND'S OR BUT'S!!

    Until the agent tells the owner your favorite player has exclusive signing rights with Topps or whoever, which doesn't allow them to do free public signings such as those in a parking lot.
