1960 Mantle - Guess the grade

Currently in an SGC case, guess the current grade, and what the PSA grade will be if I sub it.

Hard to see with that scan.

I will say 4.

I could see it 3-5.

If you requested no Qualifiers, I'd also go with a "4" if switched over to PSA.

I'm guessing SGC 3. I predict a PSA 2 or a PSA 4 (OC).
