5 un-opened packs on ebay score huge pop

I bought 5 packs of 1985 Topps hockey for $50.00 a few months back and pulled all 3 of these PSA 10's from them. Wow !!!!

    Congratulations on the sub. 3 Lemieux RC's in 5 packs! That is incredible on its own even before the amazing grades.

    It looks like packs go for close to $30 a piece in a quick glance of completed sales using box prices.

    Any idea why you were able to get them for $10 per pack?

    It would of been truly amazing to pull 3 Lemieux's in 5 packs but I pulled the 3 PSA 10's from those 5 packs. The other 2 Lemieux's and the Gretzky were from other packs bought in the past.

    I put a bid of $50.01 and left for the day. When I got home a saw I won them for $50.00 and just figured that I lucked out and they were probably in bad shape. I was blown away to get all the star cards in the set in the 5 packs. The Gretzky is always the card behind the Lemieux rookie card in the middle of the pack unless the Lemieux rc is on the back of the pack thent he Gretzky is in front of it. This had to be the best deal and luckiest pulls I ever had to date.

    Hey thanks, i have had tremendous luck buying these packs at shows and online while pulling great cards as well.

    What is the percentage gain on this "investment" ?
