Finally, after five years...

...I figured out how to upload a new avatar in a Mac environment! If anyone else has been stymied by this, ask and I'll explain the process.

    use firefox or chrome instead of Safari?

    use firefox or chrome instead of Safari? >>



    It never worked for me using Firefox either. Safari has a feature where you can change the "user agent" to mimic Windows. When you do that the button for uploading appears.

    Changing of one's avatar requires a vote by the board and a 2/3 approval. One can't just go around willie nillie and change their avatar and expect other board members to remember who they are talking with!!
