I had this one in my watch list and was planning to go strong on this one until I actually looked at the card....

TBP was the closest, but by Price Is Right rules, mrmint23 would win.

The best centered example I've seen. Most of the Larkin's I've pulled are always OC, along with Sandberg and Canseco.

What is wrong with the card? Maybe I'm missing something.

    Thanks,

Here's another nice one. One sold recently with a consecutive serial number as the one being listed by PWCC (22378953).

    87 Classic Larkin PSA 10

  • Looks better than half the Bo Jackson 10s I've seen.

I'll agree the centering is strong, but both bottom corners look weak and the top chipping is not appealing. The other you posted looks nice, but the left edge should keep it out of a 10 holder, IMHO.

ETA: Assuming the white smudges in the center of the bottom border are on the holder and not the card.

I don't mind the rough left edge as much as the left lower corner showing white.

I sent that Larkin in personally to have it graded and couldn't believe it came back a 10....I was just hoping for a 9 !

Congrats! I could see it as a 9, but you'll get a lot better money with that flip image

It's been in circulation for some time. I think it's changed hands a few times already. I originally sold it for 249 and it's since been listed twice on ebay that I've noticed

Are you referring to the one currently auctioned by PWCC?

    Thanks,

    Chipped top border not appealing
