Press Pass basketball card ID help request

Been organizing some basketball cards and need help.
For the 1998 Press Pass "Double Threat" set issues, there were several parallel sets, including the "torquers" parallel set that has blue foil.
I've got cards that have silver foil, and others that have gold foil. One set would be the base set, and the other would be the "alley oop" parallel set--but I don't know which is which.
When searching sites like eBay, COMC, and various online trader sites, I see them listed differently on different sites (some indicate the silver foil is the "alley oop" parallel, and other indicate the silver is the base set.). Beckett website description does not clarify which is silver or gold foil for the "Double Threat" issues.
Does anyone have any definite knowledge or a source that would help answer which is which.
Thanks for any help--this issue has caused confusion on several trades and purchases in the past involving cards from these sets and I would appreciate being able to learn the answer. The current Press Pass website no longer lists any information about their old basketball card releases because they no longer deal in basketball cards.

I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.
