1943 Cent DDO FS-101

I have a raw 1943 DDO FS-101 that needs a good home in a registry set. I don't collect cents, just bought a 43p roll for fun and made a lucky find. I would guess the grade is MS63-64. Willing to let a serious collector evaluate it in hand if the shipping is covered on their end.
