<< <i>Pardon my ignorance, I'm not a big coin collector. Is the premium on this due to the holder or would this coin sell the same in a modern NGC slab? >>
It would not sell for the same in a modern slab of any kind.
<< <i>What is the logic of sticking a CAC bean on the thing? probably will detract from the value putting the gummy stuff on a $2000 piece of plastic. >>
Dang ... I hope it goes north of $2K.
I agree ... the CAC sticker is superfluous.

<< <i>I like the slab but the Morgan is freaking Ugly with what appears to be a fingerprint in the field. Jmo >>
Different collectors have different tastes. Please don't post on my B/S/T listing and disparage my coin because you don't find it attractive.

<< <i>That thing looks dangerous. Holdered backwards, upside down, and surrounded by black. Was it used as a prop in a horror film?
The coin is in the holder correctly. NGC initially placed the obverse on the same side of the slab as the NGC logo and not the label.
