Good post for lots of energetic debate.

Problem of course is comparing the many positions and selecting a best player per team.

Was Jerry Rice really "better" than Montana? Tough call for any mortal.

I still have locked in my aging brain the image of Rice making a one handed over the back grab on the fly.

Greatest receiver ever, but he was not throwing the ball.....

...and Montana was not catching it.
