Returns on COMC?

Has anyone ever tried to get a refund or return an item? One of the items on my recent order described as a refractor is not and the only thing I could find on their website was the general Contact Us link (which I just tried). Just wanted to see what others had experienced.

I've never had an issue like that, but I'm sure it happens from time to time.

If you email their customer service support team, I'm sure they'll respond within 1-2 days. They always do and they're always very helpful

Yeah, just contact their CS and they'll let you send it back for a refund. I've done it before.

Just got an email from Moe, seems pretty straightforward and they even refund the shipping getting it back to them.

How would you send a cheap single back to them, is toploader in PWE OK?
