Other Grading Services List for PCGS Crossovers?

On the PCGS grading form for crossovers it states coins "Currently Encapsulated by Another Grading Service" will be reviewed for crossover.

Is there a list of other grading services PCGS will review for crossover?

I believe they will review any coin in any holder regardless of which company graded and slabbed it. Having said that, if you are considering the SGS, ACG and companies like that, I would just assume crack them out and submit them raw anyway. The only companies I would cross in the holders are NGC, ANACS and ICG. And, maybe old PCI.

To be honest the only company I wouldn't crack out is NGC depending on the specific valuation spread if I truly wanted it in a PCGS holder. I have too many times seen "failed to cross" at any grade only to get the same grade upon cracking. The only coins I have had good luck with we're slam dunks and they would have graded no matter. The % for crossovers are so low that unless you want your coins looked at with conservative eyes just get it over with and crack them yourself. You'll save some money too.
