1909 VDB Lincoln PCGS MS 64 Red OGH $65
A very popular coin to collectors of Lincoln cents, type coins, and coins that have a great story behind them. Housed in an old green holder and the red is stable. A choice coin that appears near mark free with no heavy hits or distracting marks. A few small but well hidden spots and a little dark scuffiness is all that holds this coin back from a much higher grade.
1916 S Mercury Dime PCGS MS 64 $95
A very original early mercury dime with a light natural golden toning.
Pictures upon request.
1939 S Mercury Dime PCGS MS 65 $60
Again very original with vibrant spots of rim toning on the obverse while the reverse has a fair amount of light orange toning in the fields. A true gem.
1834 Capped Bust Half Dollar small date small letters PCGS VF 35 $150
In a series that is often plagued with dipped white and cleaned up examples, this coin still has all of the evidence of its circulation. The smooth grey fields and traces of dirt up against the devices and in the crevices testify to this coin's originality. While not the most crusty coin, this coin is perfect for those who like originality without being too dark or dirty. The reverse does have a patch of off color olive-like toning, but it is not as off color as seen in the photos.
1904 O Morgan Dollar PNGS MS65 (Our grade is MS-64+. The reverse is a solid 65, but we don't think the obverse would quite make the grade due to a small scuff at the neck). $120
This Morgan dollar has a light PL finish, beautiful rainbow toning on both sides, a lock 65 reverse, and an obverse that might literally be one tick away from the MS65 grade. Don't miss this opportunity to own this gem quality coin at a price discount simply because it isn't in a PCGS holder.
(Not yet pictured).
1923 Peace Dollar ICG MS 64 $60
Not a marked up 64, just some spots that look like water dried on the surface of the coin. If properly conserved it would be a very nice 64 maybe borderline 65 if the luster popped more. Greysheet ask for a 64 is $51.
2007 George Washington Missing Edge Lettering MS 65 NGC $60
A popular modern error in a choice collectible grade.
