How do I delete a photo in my registry

I've decided to begin building a set and I uploaded the wrong photo and can't figure out how to delete it.
It all seems a little difficult.

Then click on the certification number of the coin to change/delete the picture.
Screen comes up with the pic and option of 'delete' in the lower right hand corner.
I had only uploaded a dozen coins or so and hadn't created a "set" yet.
Once I created the set I was able to edit it.
