    To his defense, he states: "This set break is mixed with the cards ranging from Vg-Ex to Nrmint-Mint with the majority in the Ex to Ex-Mint range." Not sure this would even fall in the Vg-Ex, but he uses the title to mislead a bit with regard to the lower grade cards from the break.

    And in the next paragraph, describing this particular card, he says

    << <i>1959 TOPPS SET BREAK- # 321- EX-MINT. This higher grade card has slight corner touches, original pack fresh gloss and NO wrinkles or creases along with a clean back. As nice as the day it was issued back in 59, this one looks like a solid 6. >>




    No wrinkles or creases. Just 5 indentations (never mind the surface staining).
