1965 Topps Baseball Insert Question

On the 1965 Topps Baseball Issue, does anyone here know or remember which inserts were issued first ...... The Player Transfers or the Embossed All-Star Images?

Thanks for any feedback.

    Jim,
    Thanks for the image.
May I ask how you know that is a 1965 Final Series Box?

It looks as if those are 1962 packs in the box.
    The packs are certainly stunning!!
Is that a complete 24 pack box worth?
    If so, that's quite Impressive!

You can tell thru the wrapper that they are 65 cards and come from the high series. 65 packs in 62 wrappers are known.

    Jim,
Probably known to all ..... but me.
Thank you for the eductation, I appreciate it!

Begs the question: Did Topps include some of the left over 62 stamps in with the 65 High Numbered Series also,
or just use the left over wrappers?
Doesn't seem quite right that they wouldn't be in the pack, if the outside wrapper is High Lighting it.

Kirk, Not very scientific but my 3rd series cello has an embossed card showing and my wax pack which I think is from series 4 has the iron on transfer.

Thanks John, that info really helps.

Earlier today I saw a image of a sealed second series pack that was listed with a Embossed Insert in it also.

Just thinking or wondering out loud here ..... if perhaps the 1rst & 7th series were the two series that didn't have any inserts.
The reason I include the Frst Series also is that Topps did not always have inserts in the First Series like in 1969 for example.

I do know that the 1965 Display Box that Jim posted up, seems to be the toughest to find of the three issued.

I would venture to guess, most likely not.
I'm thinking at least a couple Series had these Embossed Inserts.
From the feedback gleaned from this thread alone, it might have gone somthing like this:

    Series 1-3 Embossed Insert
    Series 4-6 Iron On Transfer
    Series 7 None
