I am about to renew my CC membership. I am unclear on the submission rules. Are you able to submit Autograph cards from the manufacturer with your "free" renewal submissions?

I think I recall reading one time it depends on the years produced. In my opinion your best bet is to call and check and reference the specific cards you want to send in.
