1797 Draped Bust Large Cent, Reverse of '97, Stems, S-136, R.3, LDS, PCGS VG10.....$475

Ideal, chocolate-brown surfaces, only trivial marks, and zero corrosion. Reverse in late die state. One of the choicest VG 1797's I can recall seeing.

1830 Coronet Head Large Cent, scarce Medium (Small) Letters, N-6, R.4, PCGS G04.....$225

There aren't too many coins out there that I would offer to pay (at least) 4x PCGS Price Guide, sight unseen, all day long, but the 1830 Medium Letters in G and VG would be one of those coins. Very scarce and underrated, this is either the 1st or 2nd rarest major variety among the Coronet Head Cents. This is a choice example and probably undergraded, in fact G04 would be the last grade to come to mind for this coin (these often come bluntly struck).

1834 Coronet Head Large Cent, scarce Large 8, Stars, and Letters, N-6, R.3, PCGS VG10.....$275

Another underrated Middle Date Large Cent, overshadowed by the key Large 8, Stars, Medium Letters, but not a whole lot more common than that coin. Original deep-brown surfaces with some dirt in the devices.

1829 Capped Bust Half Dollar, O-105, PCGS VF20.....$150

A common coin in an average grade, but with a rich and colorful old patina.

1827 Capped Bust Half Dollar, Square Base 2, O-120, PCGS VF35.....SOLD

A sharp piece with attractive tone and a bit of luster remaining. Neat die variety with prominent die lines below the bust.
