Tracking shows delivered, but nothing's been delivered.

I won a card recently on Ebay, and the tracking is showing that it was delivered on Friday. However, nothing was delivered.

If I don't get a knock on the door in the next few days from a neighbor who it was accidentally delivered to, and I just SOL in terms of getting my money back?

Call or go to your local Post Office and explain the problem they should be able
to talk to the postal carrier who delivered it and try and figure it out. Don't wait
go as soon as you can because the longer you wait the more chance the carrier
will not remember

Exactly. This happened to me once and I called the P.O. and it was delivered to my neighbor by mistake. Plus make sure the shipping address they used is exact.

This happened to me. I actually made sure that I was around when the delivery was supposed to happen. I watched the mail truck drive right past my house and not stop to deliver the package. I simply went to the phone and called the post office and had the post master call the mail carrier and sent her back to my house. I had the package in 5 minutes. She simply forgot it after she scanned it and it read package delivered. I to was like what the heck is going on. I make sure I am always around when packages are delivered.

Fortunately, the neighbor who this package was incorrectly delivered to came by today to drop it off.

I did contact the Post Office about this on Monday, and have emailed them to call off the search.

Could be worse, you could be me and have the substitute carrier scan it then throw it away :-) Two and a half months later, outside of the news coverage Thousands of pieces of mail were thrown out, eventually caught red handed by an inspector), all I can get is that the FBI is involved and I will get some kind of formal acknowledgement when they are done.

Point being, don't ever take for granted that it will just show up. Making it worse, I lost my ebay case because the DC showed that it was scanned delivered to my town.
