Looks like the symbol that's on a uniface bracteate coin I have from Hall (Swabia), from Germany. I'm away from my library though -- anyone else?

The open hand is the mintmark for Antwerp (Belgium)
collector of Greek banknotes - most beautifull world banknotes - Greek & Roman ancient coins.
