Submission Question
Since there are more eyes over here I'd thought I'd ask this question. A few years back when I submitted the 2011 25th Anniv Eagle sets, I had to pencil in a fee to get my original mint packaging back. I just ordered a couple of 2014 Buffalo's. They are going to arrive today and I'm going to submit them as in in their mint shipping. Do I need to pay a fee to get the box/COA back? Or is that covered by the First Strike fee?
Thanks, Manos
