PCGS Submission Question

All,
I usually don't go for First Strike coins. But I have done very well with the 2011 5 coin Eagle sets. I remember with those sets I had to pencil in a fee to get my original mint packaging back. So here's my question. I'm submitting a couple of 2014 proof Buffalo's. I plan on submitting them in the box shipped to me by the Mint. Do I need to pay a special fee to get the mint box and COA back from PCGS?
Thanks in advance.
