Value of Past, Present, Future PSA Graded Cards

Seems that these cards are selling for a little less than any other PSA graded card.

Is there any reason to this? Do people believe that the card is less favorable b/c it was possibly graded less strictly?
Current T206 Needs: (Updated 9/11/17)

LaJoie Portrait 3+, Cy Young Bare Hand 3+

Ty Cobb Bat Off 4+, ANY Red & Green Portrait

    I think those who know the flips well enough to know the time frame they were encapsulated will have an opinion if card were less strictly graded. As for me, I tend to stay away from cards that were in the holders that have the flip where the red border has the rounded corners. I think cards from this time period where less strickly graded, IMO.
