Topps Redemption

Ok, I have had a topps redemption in for over a year now. I remember a while back someone posted that the only way to get any satisfaction is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if I remember correctly If this is correct how do you do that? Can anyone give some advice on how to deal with this? I called topps a month ago and got the run around. They did say the cards had been completed but could give no ship date or anything. Any help would be appreciated. It's atarting to make me mad, LOL. Thanks!

Give the United States Postal Inspection Service a try. It can't hurt.

Topps Customer Service actually sent me an email about late redemptions and that said that I can request a replacement. When I called them, they refused my request because they are "updating the redemption process." Needless to say, I am not happy with them.

If someone knows how to file with the BBB, let me know. I still have the emails and would like to shove them you know where.
