A crossover sub question

So I'm preparing a crossover sub and I noticed something with the online submission. If I choose 'regular' service, I have the option of requesting No Qualifiers. If I choose CC #3, there is no option for No Qualifiers. Both services do allow for minimum grade.

So here is the question, I'm submitting all vintage SGC graded cards for crossover. All but one are high grade SGC (92s and 96s). If I submit under the CC#3 special, and request minimum grade, can they still be dinged with qualifiers?

Last thing I want is to send in SGC 96s only to have them come back PSA 9 (OC).

    Just complete as normal, print out the form, and then write at the top:

    "NO QUALIFIERS, PLEASE"

    They'll honor the request.
