isn't it telling you to change the shipping address? you can sometimes have more than one address for an account, if you want to be covered as the seller you have to ship to certain addresses or accept the risk of not doing so

i think that's what it's asking for you to do

You need to tell the buyer to fixed their confirmed paypal shipping address so that you can have paypal seller protection. If the buyer does not fix it, they can always claim that you sent it to the wrong address, and you will lose the paypal case. If it's a low dollar item, I usually just change it myself if it's something small (like an abbreviation issue) and cross my fingers and hope for the best. If it's a larger dollar amount, I tell my buyer that they have to change the address before I can ship the card.

PAYPAL wants me to change the buyers address. I don't own a crystal ball and am not psychic. I emailed the buyer to check his address. Hope this doesn't continue to be an issue. If PP knows enough to say the address is not valid.....why do they allow them to put it there in the first place.

I had this happen one time when printing out postage via ebay. There was something in his ebay address that was not considered valid, but the only thing I had to change was like one letter or something, I think it would still be protected as the seller here.
IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY

Usually it will recommend the address it wants you to change it to and it's just something like changing South to S. or Avenue to Ave from the times it's happened to me

This. It's not really asking you to change the address, there is probably some letter or abbrievation in the address that is not considered standard for USPS mailing.
