I think for now, most pitching stat norms will stay about the same but homeruns will & are already affected by the era. No different though than in the past, and we do not seem to have problems with stats like Frank Homerun Baker, a 4 time AL HR Champ with a 13 year career total of 96 hommers. In the far future, as people look thru the HOF list, they will take under consideration the steroid era, or the dead ball era or what ever else era comes to be! IMHO!
