PM issue

When I try to send pm there is no "send pm" button at bottom of message hence I can't send pm's for the most part. Any reasons why this is happening? Thanks, Pat

    You have to click on the lock icon on a persons post. Top left hand corner.

    Looking for high grade rookie cards and unopened boxes/cases
