Chance of upgrade

Looking for opinions if this card has a chance of an upgrade. Specifically in regards to centering. I am not very good at determining centering. Any opinion appreciated.

1980's and 1990's Topps Baseball BBCE FASC - Cello or Wax Boxes
1952 Bowman US Presidents PSA 7 & up
Pro Football Hall of Fame Indianapolis Colts PSA Registry Set
June 9th Cubs full ticket or stubs - 1981 to 2020
Andre Dawson Topps Basic registry PSA 10's
Mark Grace Topps Basic registry PSA 10's

    Looks within 10 guidelines. Its a little deceptive in the holder due to the slab lip but appears to be ok. Nice card.

    I would say no. Chipping on back bottom left corner and T/B center keep it from being a 10.

    It appears that on the back of the bottom left corner looks touched. IMO.

    No. Back corners are pretty beat

    I measure the card 55/45 T/B. I believe that is within the "10" guidelines. However, I agree with the others that the corners on the reverse would keep it from a "10".

    Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

    Thanks for the opinions. I appreciate it. The scan makes the corners look worse than it is, but I do agree though it would probably not upgrade because of it. I was mainly interested in opinions on centering. Thanks again.
