    I'm thinking it's special because all four sides are uncut. But I too am curious what the O P intended

    Edit: Just took a closer look. The center stamp doesn't have as many cheek marks on the right side (our right) whether they are shadows or artifacts of the OP's scanner. Also, the forehead lines intended to represent skin creases seem to have different dash mark patterns. And the back / side of his wig rolls appears to be brighter and less defined.
