Please note we do not work weekend hours

This is in response to an email I sent them via ebay tonight (Friday). Based on previous questions I've sent them I'd actually be surprised if I got an answer within a week.

I have emailed Joe a few times and has gotten back to right away. I was impressed that he took the time to respond to a customer email. After all he is the president of the company not a customer service rep.

I've always received a timely response from Joe. The last time he sent me a e-mail from his phone, and it didn't take 15 minutes after I sent it.

This coming Friday would be a good response time compared to how they feel about me. The below response is what I got on January 14, 2014 to a question I asked about a card. I guess they are still too busy to get back with me.

"Thank you for the email. Due to the high volume of inquiries we get on a daily basis for card information, we are forwarding all requests to the warehouse. We do not have the man power to keep up with all these request so please be aware they it may take weeks to receive a response. You have been added to the waiting list of many and we are working on getting this resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience."

People have to keep in mind how many emails get caught by corporate Spam filters these days. I have clients that give me hell for not responding to emails that I never got.

Joe has always answered me within an hour of emailing him, a few times just picking up the phone and calling me. I can't recall a president of a company the size of PSA ever being as responsive to customers, especially small ones like me.
Tony, if you didn't get a response from him I suspect you have the wrong email. I think they changed the naming convention a few years ago.

Your email isn't important to us and most likely will be ignored.. You should receive a response no later than never.
Again, please don't bother us. Thank you. >>

I don't care if they don't respond but I was alerting them to several of their cards they claimed to be POP 1s or POP 2s being incorrect as several more 10s had popped since they listed the original card. I've also noticed that when I first found out about 4SC they were almost always the cheapest option out there. That isn't always the case anymore.

Is this a thread about PSA or 4SC? I've always found Joe O. of PSA to be very responsive but I thought this was a thread about 4SC.

joe usually responds quickly. sometimes you might get a direct answer/conclusion to your situation, but he deals with alot of different topics daily.
