Admin? On should we post resealers?

The thread has been locked so I have a serious question for the admin.

Can we post if we 100% know it's been resealed via steve or the 1975 pack contained written on bent 1976 cards, if we 100%!know the seller, and it's 100% true he refuses to discuss or issue a refund? I'm not saying he's the resealer but in the least he is distributing fake packs/boxes and his attitude towards such. So...can we state those facts at least and allow our fellow members to make up their mown mind and buyer beware?

I understand we don't want to get into a libelous situation but would stating those facts be ok? IMHO.

It is only libelous if it is not true. Free speech still exists in this country. Just be careful about what you post, especially if you are not sure of its veracity.

  • I agree. The last thread I started was true facts but got locked. So I just want to know the boundaries here. No big deal. I'll follow them. Just want to know. But also I think we need to look out for each other..with the facts.

Sorry, probably my fault (though both I mentioned have been discussed in multiple threads prior). Do a search here on 'legit' (as in is this legit?) and past posts including 'selling' AND 'gum' and whether this practice is ethical or not. One that I mentioned was/is (under a different nick) a forum member and likely the one who flagged the last thread. No names, nicks, or anything against forum rules in this one.
