I don't know what to look on these and know there are fakes out there so figured I would ask for some help. Any red flags here or bid away?
Scans of most of my Misc rookies can be found <a target=new class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://forums.collectors.com/m...y&keyword1=Non%20major">here

On almost all(maybe all), signs of the ribbon(sports king gum) can usually be seen through the back of the card. As if the card stock was that transparent.
That is just one way used to help me tell. That may not help, something to look at in hand.

+1, I personally wouldn't buy one raw without the ribbon visible on the back. That said, I don't see any obvious red flags from the scan (notched ribbon on front, back spacing others have mentioned, '1986 Reprint' on back ) I regularly watch the Bobby Jones cards from this issue and would guess at least 80-90% of top 3 TPG graded cards have the ribbon 'bleed-through' on the back.

The front makes me concerned . But only because It is a high dollar card. Then I see the back and the color and words look correct. The back looks better than the front so I bet it was displayed for a while.
Very nice card.
I say legit but PSA would be the best way to get a result in hand.
Worth sending in.
