I have one 100 coin box of the Proof Hall of Fame Baseball dollar coins expecting to receive next week. Order status from the mint is "In Stock and Reserved", Cancel box is gone, and credit card has approved pending charge of $5,195.00.
I will sell this under the following conditions:
1. Sale contingent upon my actual receipt of coins from the Mint.
2. Box will be shipped or delivered unopened. Will deliver within 40 miles of zip code 92530, or ship and insure at buyer's expense. For shipped boxes, buyer assumes all risk. Will also ship to PCGS or other grading service at buyer's risk and expense, and of course, buyer pays any grading fees.
3. If delivered personally to buyer, buyer may open and inspect box, but any adjustment will only be given for shortages. No adjustment for quality issues.
4. No returns or adjustments for any other reasons. It's a sealed box, and unless the buyer wants to inspect for quantity on a personal delivery, buyer assumes risk for any shortages or defects.
5. Payment in advance, and funds must clear prior to release or shipment. Checks drawn on Chase or Bank of America will clear fastest.
6. There is only ONE box available, and it's subject to prior sale until the deal is confirmed and locked.
