Just a great game from a team that just keeps getting stronger as the playoffs continue.Beating a team the caliber of Montreal is no small task but Carolina did it in fine fashion.They are making thier mark,needless to say.Erick Cole sure brought his "A" game tonight
& showed that he is sure to be one of the brighter young stars in the NHL for the future.On to the next round! ! GO HURRICANES ! !

ummmmmm.. did the canes play good tonight? yes. Did they play great? ummmm no. Unfortunately Theodore ran outta gas. Montreal depended to much on him and didnt score... and they paid for it.

Well,only time will tell how far they will go,but alot of so called experts didn't think they would get out of the 1st round.
Beating Montreal is only going to add to thier confidence;you surely have to realize that.
They are going to be facing another daunting task for sure in the next round.We have been enjoying that series as well; the Sens & Leafs.Either one will be a tough oppenent but that's what makes the Stanley Cup playoffs so exciting.GO HURRICANES! !

It will definately boost their confidence. they are getting great goaltending.. and the difference between them and montreal.. they can score. Should be a great series.. hopefully between the cans and sens!!!

The Sens are the team that scares us more than the Leafs, especailly when they are executing that awesome defense of thiers.
It's like hitting a brick wall when they are hitting on all cylinders.It should be an exciting game between them tomorrow night.
Have to get offline for a while to watch the rest of the Avs-Sharks game.GO HURRICANES! !

Whew;don't know if we can handle too many more games like the Avs-Sharks game last nite.CJ had to sack out before it ended being a school nite & all.
Both teams fought hard into overtime;but as often happens the cream rises to the top.Hejduk to Sakic to Forsberg....Scoreeeeeeeee!
It doesn't get much better than that!! Now if they can just pull out game 7 to move on.Man the NHL is FUN! ! !
