I just had a 1991 Topps Tiffany Chipper pop BGS 9.5 but I'm not selling.

OT: Had two other Tiffany Chippers that popped BGS 9s that I cracked and shipped off to Steiner for a signing that WAS due on 4/4....dealing with Steiner is about as fun as running through a rose bush I might add.

Thanks Eric! 9.5x3 and 9 surface. I do not think it will be a problem if I ever decide to cross it. Surface looked pretty clean to me. I've started submitting all of my post-1990 to BGS for my PC. I just love the holders more, and feel Beckett does a better job with the modern stuff.

Yea, from the look of your scan in that thread, it should cross over without a problem, centering looks fantastic. I'm guessing the 9 surface is do to tiny air bubbling.
