1971 Mattel Instant Replay Records Discs

Recently PSA has coded the 1971 Mattel disc as N9 (No longer graded) due to a holder issue. Does anyone have insight if this is permanent or if PSA will have a resolution on the holder and begin grading them again?? I have the number 1 graded basketball set minus the Bill Russell that I just won in the Huggins and Scott Auction for 1600.00 plus the 18.5% fee that I would love to get graded to complete the set and have a 100% graded set.

Thanks in advance for any information.

  • I also noticed that psa stopped grading this set after the auction. I was bidding on that lot but backed out at $800. I was only interested in the hockey, if you are interested in selling it, I am still interested. Pm or shoot me an email. My username @rogers.com
    Thanks
  • Can you email me at bowhuntin2manyelk@yahoo.com and we can discuss the hockey discs.

    That's horrible!

Contact Cosetta and explain your situation. PSA doesn't like to listen to reason (well, my arguments anyway) in a lot of head scratching cases.

If you are the #1 set and it's the only one missing I would HOPE they could make an exception in your case.

    Good luck!
