That film came out 25 years ago on april 7th and opened up at #1 in the box office. I remember watching in in theaters when i was 9. I saw it again on the 8th (DVD) in celebration of the 25 year of its original release. Its a really good baseball film.

In third grade my dad took me and my friend to County Stadium to be part of the filming. We sang a Hamm's commerical that never made it into the movie. That's okay though, cuz we were also there to sing WILD THING.
