Big Thumbs Up for Panini Customer Service!

I had several redemption issues with Panini. Unlike Topps, they actually took care of me when I called them about it. I'll spare you the details but some of the issues went all the way back to 2011.

I was concerned about buying Panini products because of the redemption issue, but they proved to me that they are serious about customer service.

The card companies get ripped all the time on these boards, I need to acknowledge when they do the right thing.

    Agree that panini has great customer service. I worked with them on information on the soccer set from Spain with Messi's rookie and the Set from Spain with Ronaldo's rookie. Psa wouldn't grade the cards a few years ago because they were not catalogued anywhere. Panini provided a complete checklist along with information on the packs and boxes ect. It was sufficient for the specs department. It was worth the effort. Psa 9 messi rookies go for 500-1000 bucks
