I don't have an exact price for this so just make offers. Scans are posted below. There is no COA with this as I personally saw him autograph this in person. I need to send into PSA/DNA but just don't have the money for it. I've had this for over 20 years now. Needs a new home

I'm interested but would want it authenticated first. If we could work out a deal I'd like to include sending it to psa at my cost but you sending and when good we complete sale.
What do you think?
