I have a bunch of PCGS graded $5 1995 Prosperity Notes for sale. The BEP printed special block sheets for the 1995 $5 HD, HE, HF, HG, HH, HI, HJ, and HK blocks. The starting serials numbers are all "8888". There are only 9,000 notes printed for each block and many went over seas to Asia. Azpiazu in his guide prices these at $85 per note and these are high grade and certified.
