First Sub is Off

Well I just dropped off my first sub at the PO. Will arrive at PSA tomorrow. I've procrastinated this sub for about 9 months trying to make sure I was subbing the right 15. I tried to prioritize cards that might not fit into future group subs, so pre-57 and cards between 100-500. Of the 15 I'm only expecting 2-3 to grade 7+, and for a first time subber differentiating between a 4-6 on cards I'm attached to has proven tough. I tried to be discriminating, but we'll see. So this is a bit of a test. Fingers crossed I avoid G.O.D. (Grader of Death).

Hope to be logged early next week and popped by late in week.

I just dropped a small 10 day sub in the mail today along with some cards that need a mechanical re-holder, 11 items in total. The package is expected to arrive Monday in Cali. I'm guessing 3 weeks before I have it back in my hands. I want to beat the awards deadline so I can hit 90% completion on a set and be eligible to get an award for a new set of mine. With the re-holdered cards I'll have a lock on all GEMs except for one card I'm grading here. If I get it I'll have the first, only, finest and a perfect set. Fingers crossed hard!

Best of luck!! I just started subbing recently myself. It is great to get your own cards back in slabs. Can't wait to see scans of yours when you get them back.
