Any chance of a bump in grade? I think the slight diamond tilt to the left will be the issue. Thoughts??

What you need to ask is what's the difference in price between a 9 and a 10 and is is worth it to send it in once or twice on the chance that you get a favorable grade.
By the way PSA here's another card that might just fit into a 9.5 holder!
