Shifting from Freedonia to a slightly less serious subject, does anyone have any information as to the surviving population for these coins? Krause indicates that a portion of the mintage were melted

    Krause indicates that more than 200,000 of the 1966 date one Balboa were melted down in 1971 for the 20 Balboa's, which were first minted in 1971.
