"GRFN" do you still need an 84-P Kennedy PCGS-67? Take a look at this one.

Whenever I returned the items to Teletrade I never had to pay a return charge. The reason they were probably returned is prices are falling on the Kennedys now that two of the "top dogs" are out of the set. I'll keep on waiting and purchase the proper coins when they're reasonably priced. I recently bought an MS 66 1965 for $59 and a 1970 69DCAM for $179 and they both look outstanding. The 1965 should be an MS 67. That's just my opinion. I've been wrong before but I've completed my goal and completed both the MS and proof sets. I never was trying for #1.

Just wondering how you know they were returned?

Teletrades' return policy, "A return handling fee will be deducted from the refund for each lot returned according to the following schedule: $5 plus 3% of the bid on lots costing $200 or less, $10 plus 3% of the bid for lots costing over $200." This is found in their "Terms and Conditions" under #3 "Return policy". Thanks for the interest.

Irish Mike, I receive a consigner statement that lets me know when some of my coins that had been sold are returned. No reason has to be given by the person returning the coin.

    misterR:

When the coins are returned, do you as the consigner get to keep any of the fee or does it all go to Teletrade?

Also, I do not collect Kennedies, but those halves look nice to me--why do you think they were returned?

    Thanks in advance.

Good questions Mark. I get nothing when my coins are returned. It gets kind of frustrating sometimes! No reason has to be given for why the coins are returned. These Kennedys are extremely tough to find in 67! They are all just recently graded and the general opinion is that PCGS is grading these tougher than ever. I beg for the coins to be imaged so everyone can see them before they buy them.image
