VCP Help Please

I am looking for VCP help on the card below. Thanks ahead of time to anyone that can help me out. There havnt been any 8.5 sales on ebay recently. 8's go for around $30, and 9's go for around $125.

The only 8.5 to sell in the last year went for $31.57 All of the other sales are close to that range as well.

From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.
