Truely Ripped on Ebay!!!!!!!

hey guys i wanted to share a story with yall about a experience with ebay i had. I bid about 37 dollars on a tmac game used sweet shot oversized jersey from flair. numbered to only 250 there arent much of these. i paid 40 with shipping and handling. i waited over a month or close to it for the card. Boom she said she never sent it out cause of a mix up in address. So then! she sends my card to canada! claiming i told her i moved from fl to canada. i emailed her she said saying t osend it to CA. But she didnt have the emails i sent her nor could she locate the canada addy she sent it to so i got my refund.
I still yet have not found another tmac sweet shot
