Just got home and had this in my mailbox!

1) How many mint Sakic rookies could I pull? LOL

2) Who sends Boxes like this?

Answer to Question 2, another guy I bought a box from sent a box from England (not New England) in a bubble mailer. That box didn't fair well either.

3) Should I ask for a partial refund, or just give no stars on shipping?

  • If nothing is damaged there is no reason to ask for a partial.I understand the frustration though.

Pure laziness. Totally unacceptable. Out the seller.

  • Unreal that he didnt put some paper or bubblewrap in between to protect the corners. Unreal.
  • I think the guy had a 1200+ positive feedback. I wonder if a kid or wife packed it when he was out of town.

You will yield 0 mint Sakics. Extremely tough. Simply horrible card stock; too many print spots, registration problems, centering problems, and corners will have white.
  • I've opened a few of these boxes and I think one Sakic would grade an 8.

  • I'll take any Blackhawks if you're not going to build sets with these.
  • Send me a PM and I'll send some dups your way.

    +1

Out of the last 22 1989 Sakic's I've pulled (albeit not very recently), I would say 2 of them were 8's and the rest lower.
