Soliciting Opinions On A Cross Candidate

Interested in some opinions as to whether this Puerto Rican sticker would cross to at least a 7 with no qualifiers.

    centering is decent, though not perfect, corners and edges look perfect, I have some questions about the surface. I could see a 6 or a 7, but many guys on the boards have a better eye than I do. Related question: does PSA even grade these?

    Yeah they grade them. There are ten 6 & 7's without qualifiers, four 6's and six 7's, nothing higher. The highest I've seen personally is a 6. They're made in Spain, so QC is probably a bit lacking.

    Definitely worth a shot or two IMO.

    Goose looks a little less than thrilled at the prospect of having to play baseball in Puerto Rico in 1972. Or maybe he's just pissed that, as part of the rookie hazing that year, they made all the rookies wear a Bozo the Clown wig for picture day.

    Don't be surprised if PSA gives you a 4 or 5.

    I sent in a 1972 Venezuelan Stamp graded a 9 and it came back a 4.5. Looks like a 9 to me?!?!?!?!?!?

    If you are REALLY intent on a good grade and do not have to have it in a PSA holder, why not try the crossover service? If they shoot you down, you still have a 7.
